1. Participation is open to residents of GB (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) aged 16 years or over . Opens 09/10/2023 – 31/12/24.
2. Product recommendations will only include got2b products sold in selected stores across GB.
3. Consumers must have internet access in order to participate in this promotion.

1. The title of the platform is ‘got2b Style Dial’.
2. To participate on the got2b Style Dial platform, scan the QR code at shelf in selected stores and visit https://boots.got2bstyledial.co.uk. Participants will answer a series of questions divided into two stages:
   1. Stage One: A sliding dial for participants to interact with and choose pre-determined criteria to provide information about their hair
   2. Stage Two: A question and answer format for participants to interact with and answer questions about the care they want for their hair or the hairstyle they want to achieve
3. Got2b products and product bundles (as outlined in Clause 5) will be recommended based on participant answers. Product bundles are not pre-determined and recommended based on the answers received by the participant.
4. Purchase of a got2b products is not necessary to participate on the got2b Style Dial platform.

1. Participants will be given the option of receiving their product recommendation(s) via email, and would need to submit their name and email address for this purpose if desired.
2. Participants will be given the choice to Opt In to further brand marketing communication (such as offers on Got2b products and related content) via email. Participants can Opt Out of marketing emails and offers at any time of their choosing, by selecting ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of each email.
3. Participants are advised to take care when submitting their name and email address; the Promoter is not responsible for any mistakes which might be caused by incorrect details

1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participants against any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating on the got2b Style Dial platform or using got2b products where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

By opting to receive product recommendations via email, participants agree that any personal information provided to receive product recommendations may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the product(s)/product recommendations(s). Information provided will not be held at rest by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers for any other purpose and will be deleted immediately after the sending of the recommendation email.
2. By opting to receive marketing materials via email, participants agree that any personal information provided may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the marketing communications.
3. The participants’ personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. By participating on the platform, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

If for any reason any aspect of this platform is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of this platform, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify, suspend or cancel the platform . If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
2. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent participation.
